Welcome to Morning Questions - Read this first...
Welcome to MORNING QUESTIONS. Thank you so much for joining my new community here. At the moment, we are in the very early stages of building this product and really helpful tool and everyone who is joining this space is either a guinea pig or a member of my team on this project or family. So all very warm and friendly and I am so grateful to you for being here and for getting involved. I massively value your feedback and engagement. Please introduce yourself if you would like to. My first next job is to add the videos to help you to understand what the wonderful tool that is MORNING QUESTIONS BOOKMARK is all about. You will find the how to use videos above in the CLASSROOM tab. The videos are very much a work in progress. I will keep posting notifications to let you know when the next one is up and ready to watch. Thank you for joining me in this new and exciting community. I would love it if you engaged with the poll below too! :) Anyone who hasn't yet received their bookmark in the post, please let me know and I will get it sorted.

Co-working Session - Tuesdays - 1030 am GMT - 30 minutes max or however long you want to spend on it
Have you seen I have now set-up a co-working session on a Tuesday morning (GMT). A 30 minute slot where you can drop in and sit quietly to do your MORNING QUESTIONS together as a group. You can write your answers quietly or speak up, but you can definitely ask questions, if you need any further explanation of the questions. If you join, your camera will be turned off as standard - you can turn it back on if you prefer. Any questions? Let me know. Otherwise, please accept the invitation on the calendar if you are joining, so I know if anyone is coming! Haha!

I absolutely love using my Morning Questions bookmark! I knew Katha's knowledge was heavily rooted in neuroscientific facts, but I honestly had no idea these questions would have such a positive affect on my brain! There is some formulaic power in these questions that truly reframes my mind from spiralling thoughts, into an ordered and controlled outlook on my day ahead because of how they redirect my focus onto what's good. There is also something lovely and approachable about the small format of the bookmark size that lives comfortably in your journal, and the short questions that ask just enough of you to have a meaningful reflection without having to go super deep (unless you want to). I genuinley wake up excited to feel this rush of good energy from such a quick exercise! This might not make sense to some of you... but somehow, I now get to experience this new state of mind where I feel like I have more time in the mornings... I can't believe I'm saying this as someone who would usually rush their morning routine and scoff/skip breakfast to get straight into work (and definetly still does some days), but since doing these morning questions, I've been slowly but naturally, embedding the small suggested actions of water, no devices AND EVEN a short walk most mornings?! Turns out it's not magic. It's neurochemisty. Thank you Katha for this small but mighty tool! I wholeheartedly recommend the Morning Questions Bookmark to everyone and anyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Would anyone like to hop on a zoom call with me this week for about 30 mins to ask me to explain the rest of the questions, recorded! You will be the student asking me (or the interviewer!). So I can create some more video content to share, like the one I made with Lizzie re QUESTION Number 1 (in Classroom)!
