I absolutely love using my Morning Questions bookmark! I knew Katha's knowledge was heavily rooted in neuroscientific facts, but I honestly had no idea these questions would have such a positive affect on my brain! There is some formulaic power in these questions that truly reframes my mind from spiralling thoughts, into an ordered and controlled outlook on my day ahead because of how they redirect my focus onto what's good. There is also something lovely and approachable about the small format of the bookmark size that lives comfortably in your journal, and the short questions that ask just enough of you to have a meaningful reflection without having to go super deep (unless you want to). I genuinley wake up excited to feel this rush of good energy from such a quick exercise! This might not make sense to some of you... but somehow, I now get to experience this new state of mind where I feel like I have more time in the mornings... I can't believe I'm saying this as someone who would usually rush their morning routine and scoff/skip breakfast to get straight into work (and definetly still does some days), but since doing these morning questions, I've been slowly but naturally, embedding the small suggested actions of water, no devices AND EVEN a short walk most mornings?!
