Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy… They fail because they try to do TOO MUCH too fast. You don’t need: ❌ A gym membership ❌ A perfect diet ❌ Fancy supplements What you actually need is consistency with simple actions. Here’s your rule starting today: 👉 Do something every single day — even if it’s small. Your “Zero Start” Checklist: - 10 push-ups (or knee push-ups) - 10 squats - 10 sit-ups or crunches - 5–10 minute walk That’s it. If that feels easy… good. If it feels hard… even better.
