Podcast Anxiety
Anyone experiencing one or all of the following?
Podcast anxiety
• Microphone anxiety or mic fright
• Performance anxiety (if it’s about being “heard”/judged)
• Imposter syndrome (if it’s “who am I to speak on this?”)
• Fear of being recorded (if it’s the permanence that scares you)
• Communication apprehension (more academic term for fear of speaking)
If so, it’s okay. True story about myself. I am an introvert whom acts as an extrovert when needed.
In the beginning years ago I had a fear of recording, hearing my voice and being nervous.
Here is how I handled it; I took a leap of faith and took a small step recording my first segment. The first one I didn’t like and recorded a second one. Each episode improved and I kept showing up.
Never compare yourself to others.
provides a lot of support to help you move forward. If my message resonates with you make a list of what’s holding you back?
I can assure you there is someone out there waiting for you to show up and share your message. I had people listening to my show and I was unaware. Some sent me messages stating they liked the show and wanted to sponsor me.
So if this message resonates with you go ahead and get started. We are here to support you.
