SAFETY TEST
If in the USA does your State requires a SAFETY test prior to allow the state registration? Why is this good or why is this bad?
In Texas we have so many drivers not USED to drive in the snow, rain or anything WET so without the SAFETY test we now have a multiple amount of accidents caused by bald tires or faulty brake systems.
let alone the cars can now obtain their registration if they have NO headlights, NO wipers , etc.
Yes, that was not THOUGHT all the way thru in my STATE? How is your state handling this and why is this important for you?
