Testimony Tuesday
God Will Sustain You
While Youāre Still Waiting
āSo do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.ā
Isaiah 41:10 NIV
Itās Testimony Tuesday and I just want to take a moment to thank God for all that He does.
This first quarter was extremely slow.
No real movement.
No clients ready to move forward.
Even the ones who said they were ready,went silent.
Unresponsive.
Still.
Three months went by and I didnāt make a dime.
But the bills didnāt stop.
Personal or business.
Everything was still due.
And through all of thatā¦
God provided.
Shelter still there.
Food still on the table.
Lights still on.
Water running.
Gas in the car.
WiFi connected.
Nothing missing.
And beyond thatā¦
Strength.
Peace.
Joy.
And I really had to sit with that.
Itās so easy to focus on whatās not coming inā¦and completely overlook whatās still being covered.
God didnāt just provide financially.
He kept me.
Gave me the strength to keep going.
Gave me peace when things felt uncertain.
Gave me joy when it didnāt even make sense.
And every morning still gave me the opportunity to get on the prayer line at 5am.
Monday through Friday.
To speak.
To pour.
To share His goodness.
And that alone has nothing to do with money.
Thatās grace.
Thatās mercy.
And God continuing to show up in ways that donāt always get measured.
Forgiveness.
Peace of mind.
A praise on my heart.
All while things were slow.
And thatās what I want you to catch.
God doesnāt stop being God just because things arenāt moving how you expected.
Provision doesnāt always look like increase.
Sometimes it looks like everything still being thereā¦when it easily couldāve fallen apart.
Thatās Godās sustaining power.
So if youāre in a season where things feel slow, donāt overlook what God is doing right now.
Because if you really look at itā¦youāve been kept.
Ask Yourself
1ļøā£ What has God been covering for me that I havenāt even acknowledged?
2ļøā£ Where have I been so focused on whatās not coming in that I missed whatās still being handled?
3ļøā£ How have I been showing up while things feel slow?
4ļøā£ What has God maintained in my life that easily couldāve fallen apart?
5ļøā£ Am I overlooking provision because it doesnāt look like increase?
6ļøā£ What has this season revealed about my faith?
7ļøā£ Can I still thank God right hereā¦ without anything changing yet?
Keys to Recognizing Godās Sustaining Power
1ļøā£ Pay attention to whatās still in place
That will make you appreciate more than whatās missing.
2ļøā£ Stop overlooking whatās being covered
Just because you donāt see increase doesnāt mean Gods not in it.
3ļøā£ Let this season teach you how to trust
Wait WELL.
4ļøā£ Stay grounded when things feel slow
No need to panic or force anything.
5ļøā£ Protect your mind in the waiting
Donāt let your thoughts over take you.
6ļøā£ Acknowledge God beyond money
Peace, strength, protection and joy matter FIRST!
7ļøā£ Keep the faith
It moves mountains.
Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for being consistent.
Thank You for providing, covering, and keeping me..even in seasons where things feel slow.
Help me to recognize what You are doing right now, not just what Iām waiting on.
Keep my mind at peace and my heart steady.
Teach me how to trust You without needing everything to make sense.
Let me not overlook Your hand in my life.
