Sharing An Awesome Worship Experience
Queen Jessie, sharing the word from Pastor Jenkin's of First Baptist Church of Glenarden, Sermon today taken from Luke 14:23 today 01/04/26 and it's #1 of this Series, FRANCES (Friends, Relatives., Acquaintances, Neighbors, Co-Workers, Enemies & Strangers). Pastor taught and preached that God in Luke 14:23 compelled us (as servants) worshippers, believers, saints to share the word and to invite all to come into his house that it may filled. Many will learn and thirst for salvation, learning about being born again, faith, the TRUTH regarding the gospel. Pastor Jenkins explained about how when others see us walking with Christ thru our lifestyle , and dedication and consistency many will desire to follow you. Therefore, discipleship is very important and sharing the word brings growth and change. Looking forward to the next Chapter in this series. This sermon really blessed my entire day and the praise and worship were awesome.

WE ARE GETTING BETTER
Confidence When You’re the First Breaking Cycles Without a Blueprint “I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth.” Isaiah 42:16 (NIV) Family… Being the first isn’t glamorous. People love celebrating the breakthrough, but they rarely talk about the weight of being the one who had to go first. The first to heal. The first to grow emotionally. The first to communicate differently. The first to forgive. The first to break survival patterns that have existed for generations. The first to walk with God in a real way. And if we’re honest… being the first can feel lonely. Because when you’re the first, you’re doing things that weren’t modeled for you. You’re building discipline where there used to be dysfunction. You’re creating peace where chaos used to live. You’re choosing healing where suppression used to be normal. You’re choosing healthy communication where silence and resentment used to sit. And sometimes the hardest part about being the first is this: You don’t always have people around you who understand the version of you that God is building. So you feel misunderstood. Judged. Sometimes even unsupported. And that pressure can make you question yourself. You start overthinking. Wondering if you’re doing too much. If you’re being too intense. If you’re asking for too much. If you’re expecting too much growth. But let me give you some news you can use… Being the first was never supposed to be easy. It was supposed to be obedient. Because the first person to break a cycle always has to walk through territory that nobody prepared them for. No blueprint. No example. No one showing you exactly how to do it. Just faith. Faith that God will teach you as you go. Faith that He will sustain you when it feels heavy. Faith that the loneliness you feel right now is not abandonment… It’s positioning. Because when you’re the first, God becomes your primary source.

But the outcome outweighs the inconvenience, I think and know now to some extent.
ARE YOU READY
Making Things New ‘Making things new’ and ‘making new things’ have different meanings – one is the art of restoring what ‘was’ into what it was always intended to be, and the other is creating something that has never been made. Restoration is central to the very heart of God and His plan for humanity. From the fall of man so very long ago – a fall that separated us completely from walking with our creator – God put a plan in place so intricate, so painstakingly beautiful, so profound that it would take thousands of years to come to fruition. His plan – to restore us back to Him, to wipe every tear from our eyes and to make ALL things new. Restoration takes time – it requires an intimate knowledge of how something was created and how it was intended to be. God, the creator, could have simply wiped the slate clean and started again, yet that was not His plan. He so loved and cherished His creation that although the plan for restoration would take time and there would be a great cost – it was worth it all. As I explore God’s heart of restoration for His people, my heart is amazed by His compassion, His care and His tenderness towards us and it allows me to feel safe as I draw close to be restored. BOLA: Be On the Lookout - An Emotionally Detached Womanally
It's not loud or dramatic. It's quiet, and that silence feels heavy. She stops asking questions. She stops explaining how she feels. She stops caring about the little things she once tried so hard to fix. It's not anfer anymore - it's acceptance. A kind of peace that just hurts..... * Unknown Author

@Lidia Carter Hi Panther Queen Lidia. I've been missing you and your exuberance in our scheduled activities. We all are looking to the slam dunk you were planning last season. My tee-shirt is still in the closet with my bad necklace draped over it. Soooo, let's hit it girly!!!!!! Really, looking forward to seeing and hearing from you.🤗
Practicing Ubuntu
Does anyone have a laptop that they would like to donate to one who is expanding their computer skills in hopes of gaining employment of some type, ASAP? On second thought, I guess that a desktop would also be sufficient. Note: I had to remember NOT to limit the hand of God!! Thanks, my lovely community.
