Consecration
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” (Romans 12:2)
“And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness; it will be for those who walk on that Way. The unclean will not journey on it; wicked fools will not go about on it.” (Isaiah 35:8)
“But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire and like launderers’ soap. He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, And purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer to the Lord an offering in righteousness.”(Malachi 3:2-3)
- Let us ask the LORD to help us live a consecrated life in 2026.
- Let us pray that our consecration impacts our families, communities, and workplaces positively.
- Let us pray that the meditation of our hearts and the words of our lips would be acceptable to God.
- Let us ask for the help of the Holy Spirit to cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself above the knowledge of God, bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:5)
- Let us seek God’s wisdom to discern right from wrong in our daily choices.
- Let us pray that our thoughts, words, and actions align fully with His holiness.
- Let us ask for the Holy Spirit to empower us to resist temptation and live righteously.
- Let us pray that we would grow in prayer, the Word, worship, and fellowship in 2026.
