Who is ready for a shift?
I haven’t posted here in almost 10 months. And somehow, that feels exactly right. This year has been a pause. Not the kind of pause where nothing is happening— the kind where almost everything is. A year of recreation. Of healing. Of letting things fall apart that were no longer true. Of getting quieter. Of becoming clearer. Of releasing identities, roles, relationships, expectations, and versions of myself I had outgrown. A year of transition. Transformation. And remembering. I’ve spent a lot of my life knowing how to push, achieve, hold, help, fix, create, and keep going. This year has been teaching me something different: How to be in my life. How to let pleasure matter. How to let beauty matter. How to receive. How to create from desire instead of survival. How to stop treating life like something I need to manage and start experiencing it like something I get to be in relationship with. And somewhere inside all of that, a new body of work started forming. The Romance of Life. Not romance as in finding someone to complete you. Romance as in falling back in love with being alive. With your body. Your desires. Your mornings. Your work. Your relationships. Your sensuality. Your spirituality. Your creativity. Your own damn life. It feels like the natural next chapter of everything I’ve taught—and everything I’ve personally had to live. So this is me opening the door again. I’m still becoming. Still rebuilding. Still discovering what gets to stay and what doesn’t. But I’m clearer than I’ve been in a very long time. And I am so excited to begin sharing what has been created in the quiet. Welcome to the next chapter. The Romance of Life is coming. ✨

Not What I thought Fire Horse Year would be..
This was not what I expected in the Fire horse year, especially not for me, being also born in the year of the horse. I was pulled in deep, an invitation to dive in. Some days were spent without much effort, giving myself permission to take space and to allow the process to unfold. Sometimes I met the day with so much resistance- in the depths of my feeling adding to it frustration and guilt in not being productive or enjoying the sunshine. The awareness of this rich classroom of life that presents itself when you ask to uplevel. Thankful (most days) for my faith and trust in a higher power, friends that kept checking on me and extending me so much love and energy, the teachers that pulled me deeper into spirituality. Somedays the joy overfills me as I am driving thru the sun in the changing fall leaves and crying. Others still crying, as I am riding the depths of despair of the internal shadows of the deeply hidden buried pieces of me that I wish not to look at. Both taking me to places spiritually beyond my imagination. I have learned so much and pushed my capacity in many ways. As I dance with the Romance of Life, I am here to share and invite you in, as we travel this journey of life. Not every post will be from the unedited whims of my soul... but some may and I hope they help you see something in you. This space will be intentional and rich with lessons, tools, and stories - hopefully from all of you as you remember the greatness within you! Welcome to the Sacred Shift!
