The Nurture Hour is happening in 7 days
✨ At Our Table: A weekly pause to reflect, share, and grow — together.
Hi lovely Mama 💖 I’m so happy you’re here! Each week, we take a moment to look back at our mealtimes — the joyful, the messy, and everything in between. Because feeding our little ones isn’t about perfection… it’s about connection. So, take a deep breath, pour yourself something warm ☕, and share below: ⭐ A little win: Something that made you smile — a new food your baby explored, a shared bite, or the mess from thrown peas 😅 🥣 A challenge: What felt tricky this week? Feeding struggles, routines, or even finding time to sit — it’s all welcome here. 🌿 A small intention for next week: What’s one gentle shift you’d like to bring to your table — slowing down, trying a new flavor, or simply being present together? Would love to hear from you — or just pause, read, and soak in the stories from other mamas walking this same journey. 💛 We grow best when we grow together. The 3 Shifts That Quietly Change Everything at the Table
When I think about what actually changes when we support feeding through a different lens, it really comes down to three shifts I see over and over again: 🌱 1. A child who explores food with curiosity and confidence Because of nourishing first foods + responsive feeding skills, mamas start to notice: - less fear around textures and new foods - a smoother starting solids journey (less guessing, more clarity) - a baby who moves from exposure → exploration → eating at their own pace 🍽️ 2. More peaceful, less pressured mealtimes Because of responsive feeding + eating skills as the foundation, mamas often experience: - fewer mealtime battles and power struggles - more trust in baby’s hunger and fullness cues - more confidence in what, when, and how to offer food 💛 3. A stronger, more connected family food experience Because of the mealtime relationship and food culture we build, families begin to see: - calmer, more enjoyable shared meals - less anxiety and guilt around feeding decisions - food becoming a space of connection instead of stress What I love most is that these aren’t “perfect eating” outcomes…they’re shifts that change the entire feel of mealtimes. 💬 If you had to choose just ONE of these to feel more supported in right now, which would it be?
