  • Mon → Training drills (starts/throws/jumps)

  • Fri → Meet preview
  • Sat → Race-day hype story + 1 feed post - If no meet, a personal post that shows a side of you ( out in nature, Relaxing with friends/family, walking the dog, watching a movie etc...
  • Sun → Post-meet reflection

Behind-the-Scenes (Wed)📸 Photo: spikes lined up, track bag, or team bus ride📝 Caption: “Preparation is everything. #Athlete”
Meet Preview (Fri)📸 Photo: track, spikes, or meet jersey📝 Caption: “Ready for the blocks. 🏁 Next stop: [Meet Name].”
Race-Day Hype (Sat)🎥 Story: pre-race stretch, tunnel walk, or call room moment📝 Story text: “Lanes don’t lie. Who’s ready? 🏃‍♂️” (add poll: “Win / PR”)📸 Post: in-race action shot or finish line moment📝 Caption: “Work shows on the clock. ⏱ #MeetDay”
Post-Meet (Sun)📸 Podium pic, recovery photo, or team huddle📝 Caption: “Grateful for the grind + my squad. 🙏”
Remember to use between 5-10 hashtags each post related to you, your sport and your goals
