I've seen a lot of people around my rank asking about warmup routines and I've shared mine in the comments a few times. So today I decided I would just post it.
I'm not super mechanical so if you are, you can add some to multiple parts of my routine to warmup your go to mechs.
I'll start by hopping into freeplay flipping around the court and warming up smooth movements and recoveries. I do this for around 10 ish minutes.
I then go to one or two striking and defense training packs that were posted by coach curtis. I'll link that below. You don't always have to finish the entire training pack, I'll usually find some particularly difficult shots and spend some time getting consistent with those.
Then i'll simply play 2 or 3 casual matches, depending on performance. Then it's on to ranked matches.
This process has been especially helpful to get me warmed up and I hope it can help some of you as well.
