30-minute Meditations to help you achieve an inner state of peace, calmness and clarity. Achieved through the application of mindfulness, focused attention and slow rhythmical breathing. The word meditation originates from an ancient Sanskrit word Medha, meaning wisdom or understanding. There are several techniques we will be using to help you to achieve this. Practiced regularly the benefits will be more mental clarity and greater emotional balance. Together we can do this.

1-hour sessions include guided visualizations and share time, they are powerful tools to help improve & enhance your self-awareness, and self-confidence. By understanding what holds you back from achieving your goals & aspirations, you improve your Life. They promote a stronger sense of Self and help you to form new habits by realizing positive changes can be made in yourself. After each visualization, you can share your experience & insights on a group chat to further support our community.
