This is your 60-second "Emergency Reset." You can do this anywhere—standing at the sink, in the bathroom, or even while someone is speaking to you.
The 1-Minute Golden Perimeter
Drop Your Anchor (5 Seconds): Press your big toes firmly into the floor. Feel the hard ground beneath you. Mentally say: "Feet on the floor."
Draw the Line (15 Seconds): Inhale deeply. As you do, imagine a bright white mirror bubble csnap into place around your feet. This is your "No-Drama Zone."
