Pain Body
Hello all, Curious - how are you all dealing with the pain body when it arises. Staying present. Noticing. Using the letting go technique. I often find it arrises then I’m pulled off in the 3D world of the now moment and it’s intensity snaps away. When it resurfaces it’s not all there to access. Question: Can you (and if so how do you) access your pain body during meditation and release that fragment of it?
