Hi, I am Linsey.
I have been down an intense spiritual journey for over year. I read a book that cracked everything open for me!! I have a money shame and body shame and some sort of personal shame from growing up with a narcissistic mom. She convinced me that I wasn’t good enough and isolated me from family and my own siblings. Since having my own daughter I have learned the truth! It’s been the hardest thing I have ever done- healing, growing and trusting myself. Thanks for having me! ❤️
