Welcome to Spirit of Sounds by Deaf Shaman Sebastian — an online community dedicated to sound healing, meditation, sacred instruments, rhythm, healing, and human connection through sound.
My name is Sebastian. I was born in Chile and became deaf at age 28 after major health challenges that changed my life forever. I battled vertigo, balance issues, paralysis, and deep personal struggles. Through rhythm, vibration, meditation, and spirituality, I learned how to reconnect with myself and heal through sound.
Over the years, I have taught more than 100 students in sound healing, meditation, rhythm, and sacred instruments. I have hosted immersive sound baths for over 225 people and performed in front of crowds exceeding 500 attendees. I was recognized as an Emerging Artist at the Utah Arts Festival in 2022 and have appeared in movies, live performances, and music videos centered around ceremonial drumming and sound. I also own Utah's only Sound Healing Instrument store.
