An 8-week experiential journey through the energy centres (chakra system) — developed from a live workshop and expanded into a full immersive program.

🌿 WHAT THIS COURSE IS

A gentle, vibrant and sometimes playful exploration of your intuition, energy, and everyday magic — without pressure, performance, or leaving your real life. No "Zen"-ing out required.

This program was born from a live workshop that I have run and refined over time. It is tried and tested. It works. And it has been lovingly expanded into eight weeks of content, creative exercises, and community support to give you the time and space to truly integrate the work.

💫 WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This is not:

a rigid spiritual program with rules to follow

a meditation-heavy practice requiring stillness and silence
a system you have to learn perfectly before it works
something that requires any prior spiritual knowledge or belief

creative — with exercises that engage your imagination and playfulness
intuitive — there is no right answer, only your answer
grounded in real life — these practices weave into your everyday, not away from it

Each week follows a simple arc:

Feel → Notice → Trust → Express → Receive → Live

We begin in the body. We move into awareness. We build trust in what we sense. We find ways to express it. We open to receiving. And gradually, it all becomes simply… how you live.

🧭 COURSE FORMAT

8 modules, self-paced — move through each week in your own time.

Each module includes:

written teachings in a warm, conversational tone
a personal video or audio note from me to open the week’s energy
intuitive and creative exercises (2–4 per week)
real-life awareness practices to weave into your day
journaling prompts for deeper reflection
printable pages for the chakra, journaling, and creative work
optional crystal and colour suggestions
community sharing invitations (always optional, never required)

And throughout: personal feedback and support from me, right there in the community.

Grounding, Safety & Awareness — Root Chakra

Before intuition, before energy work, before any of it — we start here. In your body. In this moment. Learning to feel safe, present, and genuinely at home in yourself.

🟠 MODULE 2: Awakening Your Inner Flow

Joy, Creativity & the Inner Child — Sacral Chakra

Your inner child has been waiting. This week we reconnect with feeling, creativity, play, and desire — the energy that makes life feel alive.

🟡 MODULE 3: Standing in Your Power

Confidence, Boundaries & Will — Solar Plexus Chakra

The quiet, steady power of someone who trusts themselves. This week we claim it — through self-trust, energetic awareness, and a little deliberate silliness.

💚 MODULE 4: Softening Without Losing Yourself

Heart, Connection & Receiving — Heart Chakra

Most of us give far more easily than we receive. This week we gently work on that — opening the heart without losing ourselves, and learning to let goodness in.

🔵 MODULE 5: Speaking Your Truth

Expression, Voice & Authentic Self — Throat Chakra

Your voice is meant to be heard. This week we let it actually move — through writing, speaking, listening deeply, and perhaps a little singing.

👁️ MODULE 6: Your Inner Knowing

Intuition, Auras & Cosmic Winks — Third Eye Chakra

Intuition is not a special gift. It is a natural faculty you have always had. This week we name it, explore it, and — most importantly — begin to trust it.

👑 MODULE 7: Trusting the Unfolding

Surrender, Flow & Divine Connection — Crown Chakra

Doing your part — fully and wholeheartedly — and then releasing your grip on how it has to turn out. The most advanced and the most liberating practice of all.

Integration, Celebration & Your Next Chapter

You made it. This final week is about gathering everything you’ve discovered, honouring how far you’ve come, and stepping forward with your personal Glow-Up Toolkit in hand.
