Parent Making Time—Live Chaos! is happening in 4 days
Live is postponed so it’s not rushed.
Live is postponed so it’s not rushed. Small update about the live 💛 I had planned to do a first informal live today to introduce Spiraling, Together. However, I had a concussion last Thursday, and today is actually the first day my head and neck are starting to feel a bit better again. Because of that — and because I want to build this community slowly and properly — I’ve decided to move the live to next Friday instead of rushing it today. Right now there are only a few members here, and that’s completely fine. My intention is to grow a steady, trustworthy space with like-minded people, not to rush things. In the meantime, if anyone would like to talk or needs help with something, you’re always welcome to reach out privately. We can also schedule a one-on-one conversation if that would be helpful. More details about the live 🎥 next week 👀 🤍

This is real now, my community excists
So… this space exists now. Not ready. Not finished. Still did it anyway. It might be quiet for a while. That’s okay. Everything starts somewhere. If you’re here now or find this later — hi. What is something you’ve been wanting to do, but life keeps interrupting?
First live hangout exists now
I created the first live call. No structure yet. Just space. If you’re a parent trying to make time for something that matters to you — you’re welcome.

~ Spiraling, Together ~
This is a space for people to share their ways to cope, and solutions navigating through life with Chronic pain, fatigue, sensory overload, health issues, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or simply the strain of navigating life while carrying more than most. - Sometimes things feel manageable. - Sometimes they don’t. - Sometimes you just feel stuck in a downward spiral. This group exists for those moments — not to “fix” them, but to reduce pressure and find relief. Here, we share realistic ways of coping and helping each other spiral up again. Ways to post, for example: - This is what I’m struggling with right now. (not the main focus — we gently move towards coping) - This is what helps me cope(even if it’s imperfect —being imperfect, is what makes us human) - This didn’t solve it, but it made things a little lighter (and if it did solve it — please share that too) There will be room for: - relief and decompression - coping strategies (big and small) - communication — in many forms, across many differences (learning a new language, Spanish). - Figuring out new systems, including those of another country, starting with Spain. - navigating ADHD, being on the spectrum, chronic illness — or none of the above - creativity, games, distraction, humour, and rest — because that is coping too - also… cats 🐈 — because joy and oxytocin - even RPGs and gaming — because play is also coping, especially when you meet like-minded people You don’t need to: ~ Show up in a specific way. ~ Explain everything neatly. or be “productive” to belong here. You can just ~ be ~ This is not a replacement for medical or emergency care. But it is a place where experiences don’t need to be minimised, rushed, or translated into something more acceptable. You can take your mask off — no need to filter (within reason ;P). Over time, in this community, I’ll also share information about carefully chosen tools and products. Physical solutions — and I’ll explain how they help me,
