I brewed something great on my Gucci new scale!
My name is Matt, and I met Chris while I was on a layover at SDF. I’m an airline pilot so I hit up a lot of coffee spots throughout the country and Chris was by far the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable barista I’ve run into yet. Now, I always make it a point to stop by the downtown Lou Barista Parlor whenever I’m in town and bring some special beans so that we can play with them on his EK!
