What Would You Do?
True story ... I got up at 2 a.m. this morning. By choice, I always get up 3 hours before I have to leave. In that way, I have time to savour my coffee, check my emails, do my morning check-ins and basically make sure all is humming along before I head out to wherever I am going. In other words, minimal stress. Now others may want the extra sleep (I went to bed at 7:30 pm btw) but not me. I want to make sure everything is packed and my business and ME are ready to go. What would you do?
