Phase I: Awaken & Regulate

Your Foundational Breathwork & Energy Integration Experience

Your journey begins with a powerful guided breathwork experience designed to anchor insights into the body, support emotional release, and recalibrate your nervous system. Following the breathwork journey, you'll experience a deeply restorative coherence-based energy session designed to support nervous system regulation, integration, and the body's natural capacity for insight and restoration.

PHASE II - Clarity and Vision

Create a Heart-Aligned Vision That Feels Safe to Achieve

Week 1 of your 12 mentorship sessions. Together we'll transform your insights into a clear, desire-based vision that feels aligned, grounded, and sustainable. You'll leave with meaningful milestones and a personalized roadmap that bridges inspiration into embodied action.

PHASE III - EMBODY

Personalized Mentorship & Integration

The remaining 11 weekly mentorship sessions (Weeks 2-12), we’ll meet for weekly 75-minute private mentorship sessions combining coaching, accountability, nervous system tracking, and personalized breathwork practices. Each session is designed to help you integrate what you're learning into your everyday life so the transformation becomes who you are, not just something you experienced.
