Version1# I no longer shrink myself in the presence of intelligence, influence, or success. I remember that every expert was once a beginner, and every leader is simply another human being. I have earned my seat at every table I enter. My experiences, compassion, and perspective are valuable. I don't need to know everything to contribute something meaningful. I speak with confidence because my voice may be the one that changes a life, protects a family, or inspires someone to take action. I refuse to let intimidation steal the impact I was created to make. Every time I choose courage over silence, I become the leader I am meant to be.
