Relationship Building
Let's talk about the relationship I didn't build strategically.
I never applied for the opportunity that eventually put me on the Great Wall of China. An instructor signed me up for it. That doesn't happen randomly, it happens because a relationship exists strong enough that you get thought of first.
I said yes without knowing where it would lead. It became study abroad. It became standing on a wall built centuries before I existed, all traced back to consistently showing up for one relationship, not a strategy.
This is a lot of what Spark-ED is built around, the relationships you build without an agenda are often the ones that open the doors you couldn't open yourself.
