Not everyone who criticizes you, wants you to fail.
How to tell the difference...?
Critics will offer constructive criticism or ast constructive questions because they want you to succeed, and because they want you to succeed, they will support you by helping to make sure your plan is solid. They do this by pointing out the holes in the plan and the holes in the metaphorical fence.
Enemies will create excess noise to confuse your plot or distract from your direction. Enemies do not want you to succeed. They will give unsolicited BAD advise that sets you back on your heels and back on your progress.
Sometimes it's hard to tell them apart because they are BOTH looking for holes in your defenses.
Critics look for the holes so you can patch them... Enemies look for the holes to widen them.
