Funny how opportunities are everywhere once you start looking for them.

While walking my dog, I struck up a conversation with a Spanish-speaking neighbor. We talked for about five minutes. Whenever I forgot a word, I just used English and kept going.

It wasn't about perfect Spanish—it was about having the confidence to start. A year ago, I never would've done that. How has your confidence changed since you first started learning Spanish?
