Sovereign Sisterhood® will bring us together in seasons, safe & held containers in which we can explore different themes & deepen into what becomes possible when we open our hearts and minds & allow ourselves to be fully supported by other women.
And what could be a more perfect first season than support?
So many of us were never taught how to support ourselves.
We were taught to cope. To keep going. To be good. To be useful. To put everybody else first. To push through, prove ourselves & feel guilty when we rested.
We may be brilliant at offering support while finding it incredibly difficult to ask for or receive it ourselves.
We may have people around us who genuinely want to help, yet still feel that we are carrying everything alone.
We may long for deeper relationships with other women while protecting ourselves from being truly seen.
The Support Season is an opportunity to begin changing that, not simply by talking about support, but by experiencing & practicing it together.
