There is a significant power today that feels different. The 🌔 New Moon invites you to journal 🖊️ to clarify your intentions and, as Kristen Valus shared in her April forecast, what you choose and declare now has the potential to shape the next nine years. Not from pressure, but from the clarity of what you are ready to stand behind. When you bring your attention to an intention, you begin to stabilize its energy. What may have felt uncertain or undefined starts to settle into coherence. You may not see the full path yet, but you can feel when something has become true within you. This is where decisions become powerful. Not as a reaction, but as a declaration. A moment where you recognize what is ready, and you allow yourself to name it. If you wrote a New Moon intention, or if one is arriving for you today, spend a moment with it. Let it land in your body and notice what shifts as you stay with it. If it feels aligned, share your intention in the comments. When words are witnessed, they begin to anchor, moving from possibility into form. (I'll go first.) 💫 Reflection 💫 What you decide with clarity begins to organize your energy around it. Not all at once, and not necessarily with visibility, but steadily. As you return to it, feel it, and write from this space, as it will bring you into coherence. And from coherence, expression is no longer something you force. It becomes something that grows with you.

There is a moment many writers arrive at where the words stop, and the assumption is that something is wrong. I don't believe in writer's "block" and prefer to assign it to Divine Timing. For whatever reason, the story hasn't finished writing itself. Perhaps there's a piece of the puzzle that hasn't appeared yet. Maybe it's a discovery on a walk, an encounter during an event, or it is shown to you through a dream. What I’ve come to understand is that these moments of pause are not a failure of writing, but a signal. Writing does not begin with effort. It begins with coherence. When the nervous system settles, and you focus your attention on something that calms you or brings you peace, that is when language begins to organize itself. The words come, and our stories are written, rewritten, and remembered in the most elegant of circumstances. This is the foundation of the work we do here. There is a frequency to absolutely everything. I speak about this often: words are energy, and the meaning we give them is the frequency that moves through our nervous system. Today, as I started @Liz Lemarchand's course, Selling for Women Who Hate Sales, she dropped the mantra "Sales is a skill set." It's not the first time I've heard this, and I have used these words myself while teaching writing: "Writing is a skill set." BUT extrapolating this to selling brought it home for me today. I intellectually know money is energy, but how it is generated through my nervous system is what matters when it comes to manifesting more financial flow.
