What Keeps You Curious?
Something keeps catching your attention. A question, an idea, a conversation you can't quite let go of, but you don't know what to do with it yet.
Three things I've heard repeatedly over the past seven years of guiding writers are these:
"I don't know what to write."
"Why would anyone be interested in what I have to write?"
“I don’t know what I want to create yet.”
Here's the thing.
In Sacred Writing Sessions, you can come in not knowing what you want to write, or you may already have a plan. As you settle into the writing, you begin to notice the subtle ways your creative channel opens. A word, a question, or an unexpected thought may lead you somewhere you hadn't anticipated. Sometimes what emerges is what you hoped to express, and sometimes it's something entirely different.
You can start small—with an idea for a post, a book, or a new project.
Notice a question that keeps surfacing. Write: “I keep asking this because…”
Let the answer take you somewhere specific.
You may discover that a question about what to create is really about what you want to understand, say, or change. That gives you a place to begin.
At Something Is Stirring, we’ll use conversation and Sacred Writing to explore what keeps returning, what has energy, and what wants more room. You don’t need a polished idea, and you choose what you share.
