we welcome 🤗 you!!!!
To everyone joining our new community—welcome. Before we begin our first gathering, I want you to choose what feels most comfortable. Every vote is a small step toward expressing yourself, easing social anxiety, and helping us create a space where everyone feels heard. What would you like our first meetup to be? Choose the option that feels safest, most exciting, or most creative for you. There’s no pressure here—just honesty, expression, and community. Your voice matters. 💛

Soundtime gatherings
. Welcome, everyone. I want to start this community with something simple but powerful: choice. From the very beginning, I want each of you to feel comfortable choosing how you show up here. That first small choice — even if it seems minor — is already a step toward understanding and supporting your own social anxiety. Sometimes we don’t even realize we’re growing just by taking that first action. In this space, your thoughts, your voice, and your creative expression matter. Many of us, including myself, struggle deeply with anxiety, especially in social settings. But expressing ourselves through art, emotion, and honest conversation can help us feel seen, understood, and less alone. What you share here — whether it’s a feeling, a drawing, a poem, a thought, or a moment of courage — might unintentionally inspire someone else who feels unheard. So let’s begin this journey with confidence, even if it’s quiet at first. Let’s build a place where social anxieties, artistic expression, and acceptance all come together — and where we lift each other up without even realizing it. I’m grateful to be here with you. 💛
