I just posted "Part 3" of a four part series on how to best receive sounds in a sound journey (or any therapeutic sound experience). Instruments in the heart zone connect to the fourth and fifth chakras, but you don't need to know what a chakra is or how they work to understand that the melodic instruments can bring you closer into contact with your feelings. Leave some reflections about your own journey with emotion-inducing sounds and instruments such as the strings, melodic voice and flute.

The topic of mantras is a big part of our training programs and in the second module you develop your own through the soul melody practices. Our next visit will be in April 2026! We are also planning a module 1 in person training in the UK at that time as well.
