The Throat Chakra is all about truth, expression, and alignment between what we feel and what we say.
When this energy center is open, our words become medicine, they heal, inspire, and connect.
When it’s blocked, we hold back our truth, overthink, or feel misunderstood.
This month, I invite you to reflect:

💭 Where in your life do you silence yourself to keep the peace?
💭 And how would it feel to speak with clarity and love, even if your voice shakes?
