The day of honest seeing
Before surrender comes honesty.Before peace comes truth.
Today, sit with yourself long enough to notice what is really living inside of you.
Not what sounds spiritual.Not what sounds strong.But what is true.
What are you carrying right now?
What feels heavy in your life?
What disappointment have you been trying to manage quietly?
What desire have you stopped speaking because it has taken too long?
What grief have you learned to function around?
Reflection
Ask yourself:
What in me needs to be seen by God, not hidden from Him?
What am I pretending is fine when it is actually tender?
Where am I exhausted from trying to hold myself together?
Practice
Find a quiet moment today.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your stomach.Breathe slowly.
Then say:
God, here is the part of me I have been carrying alone.I do not want to hide from You anymore.
Write down one thing you want to bring before God this week.
