I've been doing this exercise everymoring since 2020 when my old car accident injury came back to taunt me directly following ending a dear friendship due to our incoherence and really painful convos that were becoming harder and harder.
It really brought me back home to myself and helped me cry release my doubts and re center.

This is a really special video because it is one of the first times I ever tried a movement squence that takes from our Root chakra 🔴🌱 all the way up and out into our c Crown Chakra 🟣👑
I was extremely nervous but showed up because I KNEW that it was something that worked incredibly for me and gave me LEVITY from a darker place that I was feeling before I started.
So I got BRAVE and I shared it with my original group of sisters through a Facebook LIVE ! It was so gooood!
