Welcome Founding Members
I’m Ms Teejay, and I want to start by saying how grateful I am that you’re here. This community is the next step in a journey that’s been built on faith, sweat equity, and a belief that soul scrubbing, clearing out the clutter in our minds, hearts, and spirits, changes lives. This isn’t life coaching, and it’s not just another group. It’s a space where we grow together through accountability, reflection, challenges, and honest conversations. Here, your story matters. Your voice matters. And what you bring will help shape this community into something powerful. 🎯 Our first big goal: 500 founding members by Christmas. If you’re reading this, you’re part of that foundation. That means you’re not just a member, you’re a builder. Here’s how to get started: 1. Introduce yourself in the comments—tell us where you’re from and one thing you’re “soul scrubbing” right now. 2. Jump into a conversation catches your eye—Coffee & Conversation, Wins & Victories, or Soul Scrub Challenges. 3. Commit to showing up at least once a week to share, reflect, or encourage someone else. Together, we’re not just building a community—we’re creating a movement. ✨ Welcome to SoulHygiene. You’re part of the first 500 who make this real.
Love that sees the Soul
The world teaches us to look with our eyes first. We notice appearance, style, shape, and presentation. Attraction often becomes the starting place and people hope love will grow from there. Much of modern culture measures beauty through outward features, social approval, and physical appeal. Scripture presents a different starting point God has always been concerned with what lives beneath the surface. In 1 Samuel 16:7 we are reminded that people tend to look at the outward appearance while the Lord looks at the heart. That statement changes the entire framework of how love should begin. When love starts with the soul, something powerful happens. You begin to see the qualities that actually sustain a relationship over time. Character begins to matter more than charm. Kindness becomes more noticeable than style. Integrity carries more weight than image. Faith, humility, patience, and compassion become the things that truly attract you. These qualities do not appear instantly They reveal themselves slowly through a person’s actions, through the way they speak to others, through the way they handle disappointment, through the way they show grace when life becomes difficult. The soul speaks through behavior long before words explain it. The world often teaches that beauty creates love. The biblical perspective teaches that love reveals beauty. When you care deeply about someone’s heart, your perception changes. The small things begin to stand out in ways they never did before. Their laughter feels warmer. Their imperfections feel softer. Their presence begins to feel like home rather than something you simply admire from a distance. This is where Soulhygiene becomes important. When your inner life is healthy and grounded in Truth, your Vision becomes clearer. You stop chasing what only looks good for a moment and begin valuing what carries substance for a lifetime. A clean soul changes what you notice in people. Instead of asking how impressive someone appears, you begin asking what kind of person they are when no one is watching. Instead of pursuing attention, you start recognizing integrity.

Love that sees the Soul
NAME CHANGE?
Hello my friends, need your input. I have been working on a project called Shield & Hope Network. I am thinking of changing the name of this group. What are your thoughts before I really start putting it out there?
🐛Soul Snippet: The Caterpillar Belief
🐛Most of its life, the caterpillar believes one thing. “I am just this.” Just crawling. Just inching along. Just surviving leaf to leaf. It does not know it carries wings. 🐛Then something strange happens. It begins to change. It enters a quiet place, A cocoon. Inside that cocoon, everything it once was begins to break down, Not improved, Not polished, but Broken down. Old form dissolves so a new one can emerge. 🦋SoulHygiene works the same way. There comes a moment in your life when the version of you that survived yesterday can no longer carry tomorrow. Old beliefs start falling apart. Old habits lose their grip. Old identities begin to crack. It can feel uncomfortable, Even frightening. Transformation always begins with disruption. 🦋You thought you were just a caterpillar. Just crawling through life, Just getting by. God already saw the wings. “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind…”✝️ Romans 12:2 🐛SoulHygiene is the cocoon. It is where you examine your thoughts. Clean out what is false, and let Truth reshape you. 🦋One day you will look back and realize something beautiful. You were never meant to stay crawling. You were always meant to fly. • What belief about yourself might need to dissolve for the next version of you to emerge❓️ • What part of your life feels like a cocoon right now, uncomfortable, but necessary❓️ 🦋Today, release one thought that keeps you small. 🦋Write it down. ✝️Replace it with a truth that gives your wings room to open. Much Love Ms Teejay ♡
