Thank you for your patience with me these past few weeks. I've been recovering, my voice is coming back, my body is on the mend, and I'm so glad to be here with you. This summer, as the light gets long and golden, I'll be building out this space slowly and intentionally. New content will be appearing in the classroom soon, and our very first Soul Space Painting Experience is on its way to the calendar. I want to be honest with you about what this space is and isn't. It isn't going to bombard you with posts. It isn't going to hand you an overwhelming pile of content to keep up with. This is meant to be a calm, refreshing place somewhere you want to come back to each week, not another thing on your list. So for now: welcome. I'm so glad you're here. More is coming, gently, as I'm able. What would it feel like to have one space online that asked nothing of you except to show up as you are?

I'm so grateful you're here. Whether you've arrived feeling excited, exhausted, hopeful, uncertain, or simply curious, I want you to know that you are welcome exactly as you are. Soul Space Sisterhood was created as a restorative, creative sanctuary for women in the pause season of life. A place to breathe when life feels heavy. A place to reconnect with yourself, your creativity, your faith, and other women who understand what it feels like to carry a lot. You do not need to show up perfectly here. You do not need to have the right words. You do not need to be an artist. You do not need to have everything figured out. You simply need to arrive and just be. As we begin this journey together, here are a few gentle agreements that help us hold this space with care: 💙 We lead with kindness. We speak to one another with compassion, encouragement, and respect. 💙 We honour each person's journey. Every woman arrives with different experiences, beliefs, challenges, and stories. We allow space for each woman's path. 💙 We listen without fixing. Sometimes the greatest gift we can offer is our presence rather than our advice. 💙 We respect confidentiality. Stories shared here stay here unless permission is given to share them elsewhere. 💙 We participate in the way that feels right for us. Sharing is always welcome, but never required. You are free to participate quietly, reflect privately, or engage as much as feels supportive. 💙 We choose progress over perfection. This is a space for exploration, becoming, and gentle growth.
