When Creativity Becomes Healing
Did you know your nervous system responds to creativity too?
Inside the classroom I’ve included a gentle practice called Neurographical Art for the Soul.
Not because you need to be “good at art” but because sometimes creativity gives the mind a chance to soften and the body a chance to exhale.
There’s something deeply calming about allowing lines, shapes, and movement to express what words cannot.
It becomes less about creating something perfect, and more about reconnecting with yourself in the process 💛
