The Celebration of Hearts.
Today marks 365 solid days of meditation...Last year at this time I was down in Cali...spending each day at the hospital learning how to be present with my kid, who had experienced a stroke. Fear was everywhere. Chaos spread. Confusion and worry lit matches beneath my feet. But determination prevailed. Determination to support him in the best way I could...which was to be present with him. To listen to him above all others. So grateful he's alive today. He's one of the kindest souls in the universe.
