This course is for those living with chronic illness, stress, trauma, anxiety, or mental health struggles who are ready to reclaim their body, mind, and spirit. Through gentle somatic exercises, breath work, guided meditations, and body awareness practices, you’ll learn:

• Develop daily practices to feel grounded and supported
• Build confidence in your ability to self-regulate and restore balance
