Practicing soul code while in yoga
So this morning, while I was doing restorative yoga, I was visualising the Soul Code exercises.
I was visualising the shapes and colors and working with my energy centres, blueprinting and creating some clear space in my mind and becoming more grounded and relaxed.
Practicing mindfulness and this teaching doesn't have to always be done lying down while meditating or doing yoga. ((It helps haha) but you can practice this in every moment
I used to even blueprint conversations. Emails. imagine energy points and shape and number and color in every moment... while walking. While in the mall. Observing people while out and about. Seeing what you can sense about them. Practicing observing my surroundings and becoming aware of every minute detail, I'm talking the bugs on the leaves on the trees level of detail.
The busier we are the harder it can be to be present and have the space to observe, and use our intuition. So I used every spare minute i had. I used to make time before work and in the evening or while walking.
Now as a busy mum I will be real, the moments of space are fewer and further between; but I still make a conscious effort.
I tried to get AI to visualise the pyramids on the energy points as glowing 3D pyramids but this is what it gave me. ... oh well still pretty cool!
