When I wake up, I focus on gratitude. I go downstairs and burn some Palo Santo, cedar, sage and sweet grass. I do a silent meditation or guided meditation or both.
Then I journal and I pick a card from The keepers of the light Oracle cards by Kyle Gray.
Using what came through with my journalling and the card, I fill out a little form, pictured below and place it in front of me for the day. 🙂
And I usually read a page from Brianna Wiest’s book.
And set an intention that will pop up on my phone screen using Insight Timer.
