We are so full of engaged prospects that it’s pulled me away from my team and my product on the back end.

I’m bringing someone in under my wing that can handle a ton of leads everyday and call them up to book appointments but I need someone that is motivated to make a shit ton of money and grow into a sales position eventually.

No you will not be paid a base. I want people who know what they’re capable of and that will book appointments like their life depends on it. I’m waiting for the right person to come in so I can scale the company aggressively.

What you will do:

1- you will get 10-20 Leads/day that are interseted in our services so you have to call them, qualify and book the appointments.

2- you will call 200 Leads/day that didn't answer our SMS or didn't see it (KINDA OFCOLD CALLS)

Commission will be 30% Close. If you book 15 qualified appointments every few days and 8-10 show and we close 1-2, that’s $250/Close and 10% for the monthly recurring revenue . We service Home Improvement Contractors especially(water damage/mold and garage door contractors) with Meta Advertisement, Lead Qualification, and GHL Appointment Booking Sequences including AI. You can expect to be compensated $2K-3K/month.
