my name is Bonita, but please call me Bonnie. I’m UK-based and work as an intuitive healer, divine guide, and spiritual mentor. “Self-love, self-respect, self-worth, divine self—they all begin with ‘self’ because they can’t be found in anyone else.” If you’re struggling to love yourself, know that it’s a practice—like building muscle, it takes consistency.
