I just reached 10K followers on instagram and I decided to make my favorite pastry to celebrate ! The mille feuille remind me of my childhood and the pastry dough is so technical it represent every thing I love about cooking : patient , technique , good product. For the creme patissiere it is the hug we all need with fresh vanilla directly from madagascar , and the praliné noisette that bring every thing to the lights. What do you think ?
