This week marks a Threshold.
The soup drains.
The fire ignites.
We are moving from Pisces fog → Aries fire.
Not instantly.
Not forcefully.
Through trust.
The Field

🌀 Sun enters Aries — Astrological New Year
🌀 Mars trine Jupiter — action supported
--> This is a rebirth window.
--> A 48–72 hour Threshold where the Field shifts and new Patterns begin.
The Signal
You may notice:
  • tension in the body
  • contraction before movement
  • desire to act + hesitation
  • emotional sensitivity
  • intuitive nudges getting louder
This is not confusion.
This is the Signal before initiation.
The Threshold

You are not meant to control this moment.
You are meant to trust it.

Light → unconditional love, allowing life to unfoldShadow → control, forcing, losing faith

Practices We Worked With
1. Intention Planting (March 18)
  • Set one clear intention.
  • Keep it simple.
  • Clean. True.
2. Action (March 20):
  • Take one small step.
  • Not a leap.
  • A signal of willingness.
3. Surrender Practice
  • Lie down.
  • “I surrender. I don’t know.”
  • Let the nervous system soften into the unknown.
4. Embodiment Check
  • Where is your body contracting?
  • Where is it opening?
  • Your Intuition speaks through sensation.
5. Hydration + Breath
  • Drink water.
  • Breathe into the body.
  • Especially when you feel urgency.
6. Pause Window
  • Give yourself ~48 hours before major decisions.
  • Let the Pattern reveal itself before acting on it.
