Fire Horse Year + Eclipse Momentum - A year that does not whisper. You do not drift within it. You choose.
We opened with hydration, grounding, and micro adjustments. Those small, embodied shifts that change the information you receive. Standing up. Doodling. Using the non-dominant hand. Taking a sip of water when we pause our breath.
Listening to the body instead of overriding it.
The body is a compass. When paused too long, we don't always get enough information to take the next step towards our yes. Breathing into any body tension, activation, or triggers reveals messages rather than suppresses them.
Trust the truth of your body, as it holds your inner wisdom.
The Fire Horse energy is double flame - inspiration and action.
But not chaos. Not recklessness.
Passion structured by faith and devotion.
Give yourself permission to take small steps towards your dreams rather than waiting for perfect certainty. The clarity is in the momentum.
As the Tea unfolded, threads wove together:
- Fire Horse year: choosing your path instead of drifting into it. Declare your choice - "I choose my life." Repeat it as often as you feel called until it is locked into your body. Maybe this is a daily practice.

- Gate 30 → Gate 55: passion transforming into faith and abundance.
There was a strong undercurrent of burnout awareness. Io shared openly about severe burnout and the importance of rejuvenation through rest, breath, and boundaries.
Fire Horse is powerful
But power without regulation becomes collapse.
The eclipse energy carries what Io called a Pandora’s Box quality — shocking truths, spiritual warrior courage, and collective shakeups. But boldness without discernment isn’t wisdom. We named the importance of choosing authenticity over comfort, and alignment over urgency.
During after-hours we had Chinese Astrology readings that deepened this theme. Each sign + element carries its own rhythm this year. Some needing balance, patience, or forward movement.
Timing matters.
Discernment is devotion.
Gratitude is medicine.
Nourishment in and around your body affects your presence and inner balance.
The underlying message felt simple and clear:
You don’t have to chase your life.
You do have to choose it.
And choosing doesn’t mean leaping blindly. It means making micro adjustments, structuring around what you love, and trusting your body when it whispers before it has to shout.
