A Good Set of Trading Rules
- If I'm not calm, I don't trade.
- No "I'll win it back" trades - - EVER!
- One good setup is greater than ten impulsive trades.
- If I feel FOMO, I step away.
- Small loss = business. Big loss = my mistake.
- I don't trade to feel something.
- My job is discipline, not prediction.
- A missed trade is better than a forced one.
- If I break one rule, I stop for the day.
- The chart doesn't care about me, so I don't take anything personally.
