Hey gorgeous
A word of encouragement for you today. When people ask me "what it's like" to own and run a growing company my mind immediately goes to Ginger Rogers response when she was asked what it was like to "dance with Fred Astaire?" Her response makes me side smile, "I did everything he did, but backwards and in high heels." Right? 😉 So...yea...we do what others do. We manage employees, make sales, create products and services and we do it secondarily to our first most important job (priority) which is raising our kids and families as solo parents - often playing the role of both mother AND father. How do we do it? By the grace of God! Why do we do it? What are the other options? Should we do it alone? Never. I'm excited about building this sisterhood with you. Love you

Welcome to Solo Boss Mom. I’m really glad you’re here.
This community was created for women who carry responsibility—solo moms and primary breadwinners who lead, provide, decide, and often do so without many people around them who truly understand that weight. This is a place where you can connect with other high-capacity women, think out loud, and share honestly—without spiraling or shrinking. We laugh here (because sometimes you have to), but we stay grounded in clarity, leadership, and forward movement. Please take a moment to read the community guidelines, introduce yourself when you’re ready, and engage in a way that feels authentic and respectful. This is not a venting space, and it’s not a place to pitch or solicit clients. It is a space for thoughtful conversation, meaningful connection, and leadership growth. Welcome. You’re in the right room. — Stephanie

You need new "advice." :)
Most business advice assumes you have backup. Someone to handle school pickup. Someone to share the financial pressure. Someone to absorb the chaos when life gets messy. That's not how this works when you're doing it alone. High-capacity solo moms aren't struggling because they lack skill. They're struggling because every system they've been handed was built for someone else's life. I built Solo Boss Mom because I got tired of trying to fit my extraordinary circumstances into ordinary advice. If that resonates — join the membership and let's create some transformation on our weekly reset calls! #SoloBossMom #WomenInBusiness #Entrepreneurship #SoloMom #Leadership
