Have you ever taken a vow of silence?
What if I were to tell you silence is one of the greatest access points to calm the mind?
As I attend my 3rd 10 Day Vipassana Silent Meditation Retreat this Wednesday, this week's challenge is to take a vow of silence for any period of time that works. Ideally it's at least a full day if not 2 days, but a half day for a few hours could work.
