Sweep cut
Hi, may I please ask for some guidance for sweep cut. I'm not very familiar with sweep cut and need some help to solve this issue. I have a circular cut out of a pipe wall which I want to make a weld prep like the sketch. When I model this I'm not able to create the weld prep with the vertical mid-line vertical all around, it seems like the mid-line angle outwards and doesn't cut even around the model. The front plane view looks right, but the Right plane view is wrong. Thank you in advance.

Sketch in an Assembly Question
Hi. The part in this assembly has a path made out of many circles. If you look closely you'll see a rebuilt circle. That's the place where a fixed bar shall come and follow the path of many circles. Now I can't figure out how I should draw a path so it won't interfere with the bar or rebuilt circle. I made the cut extrude with many circles by turning the part a bit and draw a circle on the rebuilt circle and then fixed it and exiting the sketch and then rotating it a bit and go back to add another circle.

Assembly question
Hi, as you see in the video the part that moves is slipping. Now is there a way of making the round part nicely roll on the flat surface without slipping?

Creating a solidworks editable model
Hi, can anyone help, I need to be able to edit this model in solidworks, all I want to really do is thicken it by about 10mm I have the file as a step and also an stl, but when I try do anything it’s all in facets and each one becomes a surface. I managed to offset the front and back faces 5mm each but then I couldn’t figure out how to join them I’ve included the file for reference. I’d like to basically clean it up, smoothen it and ideally the faces to be singular surfaces so when I 3D print its a nice finish
