How to package an assembly to send

In the assembly lesson, Aryan says that if you want to send an assembly to someone you also need to send al the individual components.

One problem I ran into on my computer with my assembly is that I created different folders for the separate parts AFTER I had done the assembly, So I moved some of the individual components from their original location to a different folder and my assembly then failed... it no longer was able to find one of its component... It may have been that I only moved one of the component, I do not recall exactly. I had to delete and reinsert the part and redo all the mates...

So if I want to send an assembly, how do I proceed to insert the individual components in order for the links to stay active?

How would I post my assembly here on the board? Same process?

Is this really an issue or did I make a mistake?
